We aim to recruit and support 400 state and local candidates across 12 states in 2022, breaking down core barriers to ensure they have what they need to run, win, and govern – together.

Training 500 campaign managers – with a focus on BIPOC recruitment – to run state and local campaigns

Fueling the movement with strategic funding, infrastructure, and people power

Countering the rise of political violence by providing holistic security training and services to leaders and organizers facing threats

2020
In 2020, Renew supported over 200 candidates in six states.
64% of them won.
Each of them committed to refuse fossil fuel money and to support Renew's policy platform when elected.
With those 129 Renew legislators, we've already passed climate justice legislation in multiple states – and we're just getting started.
